Under the visionary leadership of His Excellency, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, youth development has remained a key priority, with practical initiatives that continue to create opportunities for empowerment, innovation, and sustainable economic growth.
In line with this commitment, I am pleased to announce the Kogi Youth Entrepreneurship & Business Grant Program 2026, themed:
“Different Contexts, Common Aspirations: Empowering Kogi Youth Through Business Grants.”
The two-day program will feature entrepreneurship lectures, financial education, and business pitch presentations on Monday, 11th August 2026, while Tuesday, 12th August 2026 (International Youth Day) will be dedicated to the presentation of business grants to successful participants selected through their pitch presentations.
I encourage every young entrepreneur in Kogi State with a viable business idea to seize this opportunity. Your innovation could be the next success story that transforms lives and contributes to the development of our dear state.
